S.M.Adil Shah

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Syed Muhammad Adil Shah is the CEO at Redox Services & Solutions. At first, he did MBA from Gomal University, Pakistan, later on, he accomplished a master degree in Development Economics from Williams College, USA. His professional experience for three decades and beyond includes serving Pakistan’s leading organizations in multiple capacities. His vast executive track record has helped organizations to achieve significant goals. Mr Shah has been an epoch-making contributor whilst working in organizations like Pakistan Industrial Credit and Investment Corporation Limited, Experts Advisory Cell (Ministry of Industries & Production), Engineering Development Board (Ministry of Industries & Production), Oil & Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), Privatization Commission of Pakistan (assisted in various projects).

Mr Shah is adept at organizational restructuring, mergers, incorporation & privatization, business and industry development programs & projects from large industries to medium-sized organizations. Mr Shah is a veteran corporate professional who has a prolific work history in local Oil & Gas sector and Privatization Commission in scads of projects i.e. Incorporation of OGDC as a public limited company and many more. In M/S Ryder Scott (USA), he made efficacious contributions to M/S Ryder Scott (USA) for evaluation of underground Oil & Gas Reserves. His dedicated services to ZTBL as Director of the HR department are also counted as major accomplishments of his career.

Being the leading head of the “Industrial Sector Development Program”, Mr Shah contributed to projects like Development of Coal Gasifier based on local Coal, Development & Installation of Sun-tracked Solar Collectors for Industrial Heating of Water, Power Generation with Coal Water Slurry (CWS). Additionally, he conducted several R&D projects as a part of the “Industrial Research Program” for a broad spectrum of industries.

Mr. Farhan

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Mr Farhan is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Redox Services & Solutions. He graduated as a Software Engineer from COMSATS University, Islamabad. Mr Farhan is a multi-talented and inspiring professional who has been able to earn a successful and lucrative career through his dedication over the years. He has a strong entrepreneurial background in the reputed and high-performing organizations. He played a pivotal role in the success of these leading corporate firms i.e. Teradata (Pakistan), Ericsson (Sweden) and UAE based multinational corporations as an SAP consultant, Unilever (UK/USA) as Business Intelligence Consultant, and served Telenor (Pakistan) as Data Warehouse Consultant.

He has rich competency and extensive experience in the following domains Data Governance & Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Analytics, Segmentation, Incentivization, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Sales Planning and, Customer Experience. He is acquainted with the present-day market trends, technologies and he is capable to employ BI Tools like IBM InfoSphere DataStage, Fundamentals Technical Professional, IBM ICM and IBM Cognos Analytics, BIG Data with Hadoop, Data Science with Python, SAP Business Objects and Data Services, Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence), Advanced Statistical Methods with Tableau, BlockChain, Teradata, Informatica and so on.

Mr. Arsalan

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Redox Services & Solutions, Mr Arsalan has completed his graduation in Accounting & Finance from FAST, Islamabad. He has massive experience with the Financial Industry. Mr Arsalan has been a great achiever due to his quick-witted and result-oriented demeanour in his throughout a professional career. Mr Arsalan got to work with renowned organizations in Pakistan including SECP, MTBC and S&P Global Market Intelligence.

Mr Arsalan is a seasoned professional with par excellence expertise in Financial Data Analysis, Securities Market Division under the Policy, Regulation & Development Department, effective suggestions and implementation of Data Automation. He has also been quite familiar with Quality Assurance teams for identification of discrepancies in current procedures.

Mr. Irfan

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mr Irfan is the Chief Operating Officer and Founder of Redox Services & Solutions. He is a Management Sciences degree holder with a core focus on Human Resource, Talent Acquisition and Management. Mr Irfan owns a diversified professional experience of more than 11 years in the corporate sector. He is well-versed with Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, General Administration & Sports, and Planning & Monitoring. He excels in the fields of career development, designing on-the-job training programs, managing employee litigations & holding successful negotiations, talent management, knowledge sharing, and organizational learning.

After spending umpteen years in widely recognized organizations like CITI Bank, Ufone, National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) and other government sector R&D organizations, he earned a dynamic track record of operational management and strategic planning.

Mr Irfan is a visionary professional who first introduced the idea of Redox Services & Solutions. His innovative approach and passion for Talent Acquisition and Youth Employability Skills development led him to turn his idea into a successful social enterprise (RedoxSols). He is driven by the idea to advance the youth and industry professionals with the twenty-first-century organizational intelligence through learning.
