Dr Sajid Hussain Awan

Dr Sajid Hussain Awan is a PhD in Human Resource Development with specialization in Capacity Building Interventions. Dr Awan has performed auspicious services in the Punjab Civil Service for more than two decades in multiple administrative and development faculties. Dr Awan has been majorly involved with academia.

Dr Awan has superintended manifold management research to MPhil and PhD students. On account of having published various journals of international repute, he taught a good number of management subjects at PhD, MPhil/MS, and MBA levels, to mention a few i.e. Organizational Behavior, Performance management, Human resource management (HRM), Leadership Development, etc. Dr Awan has participated with Bank Alfalah in conducting corporate training particularly focused on organization behavior and capacity building. Being also a part of Establishment Division, Government of Pakistan, he coached many federal government senior officers. Over the years, Dr Awan has been responsible for successfully training more than 2000 both senior and junior level officials with many soft and hard skills so far.

Mr Ajab Khan Burki

Mr Burki holds a USAID (Pakistan) Scholarship for his MBA degree majoring in Finance from IBA, Karachi, as well as a Master’s in Finance from SZABIST, Islamabad. In addition to this, he is also a Harvard University certified in Statistics & R.

Mr Burki has actively contributed with high-performing national and international corporations as a Trainer, Counselor, and Capacity Developer in Mericler Inc. (Canada) Istanbul Chapter (Turkey), Veritas, Everest (Turkey), Manhattan, USA, Tajaweez Inc. (Bahrain), HEC (Pakistan), CDA (Pakistan) and so on. Mr Burki served as an Assistant Professor and Lecturer in Bahria University Islamabad and Jinnah College KPK respectively. He is a published scholar of several research publications in international journals and conference presentations.

He delivers personalized training sessions to meet the requirements arising from an organization’s staff training needs analysis. Engr Muhammad Amin

Engr. Muhammad Amin is a seasoned industry professional with two and a half-decade of experience in all facets of Mechanical Design Engineering and Project Management. He has completed his Master’s degree in Mechanical Design Engineering and a PMI-USA PMP certification. His endeavors made leading industry sectors of Pakistan to grow in the following capacities i.e. Design & Development, Fertilizers, Oil & Gas and Construction. Mr Amin has exceptional communication skills. He has been training industry professionals by applying core Project Management Principles to deliver the Project-based Consulting, Training & Support Solutions. His training programs are based on real-life project management scenarios and the methodologies to deal with issues associated with them.

Mr Amin has a rich knowledge of mechanical structure design and he is well-equipped to utilize it. His competency and passion made him a successful trainer who is able to instruct industry professionals on mechanical design and stress analysis processes using essential mechanical design software like CREO, PRO-E and ANSYS.

Miss Saba Mehboob

Ms Saba Mehboob is an adept corporate professional and IRCA UK Certified ISO 9001-2015 Lead Auditor with rich experience in Business Process Management and establishing Quality Management Systems for organizations. Ms Saba has been a prolific contributor in business transformation through optimization, development and automation of organizational processes of the high-yielding real-estate sector of Pakistan. She also added great value in service-related IT industry and government sectors like PAF.
Ms Saba has successfully aced multiple organizational development projects, to name a few i.e. deployments of CRM, project management tools, performance management system, development of organizational objectives, KPIs and, scorecard. She is determined that her strength lies in accelerating businesses growth by implementing effectual and result-oriented strategies at the right time and right place.

Dr Atiq ur Rehman

Dr Atiq ur Rehman is a PhD in Human Resource Development and a Certified Prince2 Evaluation Expert. He has a broad experience as a university teacher for a decade and as an HR professional for more than fifteen years in both nationally and internationally renowned corporations. His wide-ranging experience made him capable of unparalleled expertise in the following areas i.e. HRD, organization development, project management, conducting project investment and statistical analysis with SPSS, E-view, AMOS, Statistica and SmartPLS. He performed exceptional roles in several companies which include Chief Operation Officer in People Talent Tech, contributed as a member of BoD of the Asian Centre for Organization Development (ACOD), International Organization for Collaborative Outcome Management (IOCOM); and Accountability Lab Pakistan. Dr Atiq is also known as a Chief Editor of the IDD (E-Journal of IOCOM). Moreover, he headed almost 500 training sessions of multiple capacities in a myriad of organizations across Pakistan.

Dr Fuwad Bashir

Dr Fuwad Bashir has done MBA from IBA Karachi and PhD in Human Resource Management from CUST, Pakistan with focus on Workplace Spirituality and its impact on individuals’ as well as organizational performance. Dr Fuwad has managed many activities of quality management and assisted in implementing systems like ISO 9000.
Dr Fuwad possesses exceptional experience as a counsellor in the domains of Organizational Development, Workplace Spirituality, Project Management, Effective Communication and Professional Skills, HRD, and Conflict Management etc. Ergo over the years, he has been conducting an umpteen number of coaching sessions on the above-mentioned topics. He mentored as a counsellor and corporate trainer with reputed organizations like MOL Pakistan, PPHI Balochistan, PTCL, Millat Tractors, WAPDA, Civil Aviation Authority, Mercicorp, Concern International and many more.

Mr Muhammad Siddique

Mr Muhammad Siddique is a Business graduate from Quaid-e-Azam University and did his FCMA from Institute of Cost Management Accountants of Pakistan. He owns 25 years of professional experience in the niche of Finance. Mr Siddique remained a teacher for 20 years at Islamic University (Islamabad), Quaid-e-Azam University (Islamabad), and College of Professional Studies in the disciplines of Financial & Investment Management and Cost & Management Accounting. He served as a counsellor and corporate training specialist in Institute of Communication Technology, PTCL, Afghan Government Officers, POFIT (Wah Cantt).

Mr Gul Shuja Qureshi

Mr Qureshi is a veteran corporate professional with 22 years of ample experience in the profession of finance and accounts. He is an MBA and Certified Cost and Management Accountant (FCMA). He performed a leading role in the growth of a well-known telecommunication company i.e. PTCL. During his successful span of 20 years in PTCL, he acquired proficiency in leadership, organizational and people management skills. Mr Tahmoor Shoukat is a master’s degree holder in Software Engineering and an IBM and ISTQB Certified Software Quality Tester. Over the last decade, he earned extensive experience in software quality assurance and testing. He is a seasoned professional who served leading IT giants of Pakistan including Microsoft, Zigron Inc., UET Taxila and other public sector organizations in the capacity of the unified modelling language, software testing, application architecture & design, and application performance & availability. Mr Shoukat is well-equipped with Rational RQM, Microsoft TFS, IBM Websphere, IBM CLM and .Net Framework. Mr Shoukat is keen about software quality testing and proficient at managing diversified QA projects.
